We offer a variety of services based on data from the Credit Risk Database (CRD).

International Projects


In response to requests from Southeast Asian countries and other foreign countries for financial infrastructure development, we work with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and various other organizations to share information and conduct needs assessments with regional government agencies. This is aimed at establishing a financial database and scoring model. Currently, we are actively engaged in a JICA technical cooperation project "The Project for Establishment of Credit Risk Database (CRD)” as project technical consultants.

Product and Service Development

Development Project of McSS (Management Consulting Support System for SMEs) for Professional Use

  • McSS, a "Financial Assessment Tool," is meticulously crafted by the CRD Association using SMEs' Credit Risk Database (CRD).
  • Originally designed for CRD members, including credit guarantee associations and financial institutions, McSS served as a vital tool for rendering management support and consultancy to SMEs. In response to expert feedback, we have innovatively revamped McSS, making it an invaluable resource for professionals dedicated to aiding the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.

    • How to use McSS?

    Our service has been available since May 2017. McSS operates as a secure web-based system via the Internet, featuring SSL communication. For detailed information about our service, please explore the McSS portal. (Japanese version available exclusively)

Statistical Information Service


We leverage financial data from more than one million small and medium-sized enterprises archived by the CRD Association to deliver statistical information to entities like the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation. Furthermore, we provide consultative solutions to cater to diverse needs, encompassing the modularization of system functions associated with the McSS service and enabling seamless integration with external systems through APIs.
